IMAX® MOVIE EXPERIENCE COMING TO THE ORCHARD TOWN CENTER

Westminster, CO (December 14, 2007) – Moviegoers at The Orchard Town Center will experience amazing image and sound quality when IMAX comes to town. Thanks to a joint venture between IMAX Corporation and AMC Entertainment, IMAX technology will be installed at the AMC megaplex scheduled to open at The Orchard Town Center in 2008.

Movies shown at the 12-screen AMC megaplex will feature crystal-clear images and digital surround sound. The AMC megaplex is among the anchors planned for The Orchard Town Center, a 215-acre, open-air lifestyle shopping center located on the northwest corner of I-25 and 144th Avenue. Forest City Commercial Group is developing the project in conjunction with the City of Westminster.

“IMAX will be a great addition to The Orchard Town Center,” said Brian Jones, President and CEO, Forest City Commercial Group, West Coast Division. “We are pleased that this enhanced movie experience is coming to the area. Our goal is to bring the entertainment and retail options that reflect the interests of Westminster’s residents.  The IMAX experience is compatible with this objective.”

The Orchard Town Center will be a unique, pedestrian-friendly lifestyle village offering residents and visitors exceptional options in shopping, dining and entertainment in an
