THE ORCHARD TOWN CENTER TO HOST AMC ORCHARD 12 GALA AND ‘PRINTS OF PRIDE’ TO BENEFIT LOCAL CHARITIES
Westminster, Colo. - Combine a sneak peek at a new state-of-the-art movie theatre and a tile-imprinting event with dogs and children of all ages and what do you get? The AMC Orchard 12 Gala and "Prints of Pride," a fabulous grand opening combination sponsored by The Orchard Town Center and AMC Entertainment Inc. (AMC). The fundraiser will benefit The Westminster Legacy Foundation and the Rotary Club of Westminster, 710 Club.
The AMC Orchard 12 Gala, featuring family-friendly movies, will take place on Wednesday, April 2, the eve of the Center´s opening, at the new all-digital AMC Orchard 12. Moviegoers can get these exclusive tickets by purchasing a tile for the "Prints of Pride" program, which invites children and dogs to leave a lasting impression at the new lifestyle center by imprinting clay tiles with their hand and paw prints. The tax-deductible donation for each tile is $60 and attendees must register online at www.theorchardtowncenter.com.
The "Prints of Pride" imprinting days will take place on Saturday, April 5 and Sunday, April 6. A limited number of tiles are available, so participants are urged to register as soon as possible. The colorful 6x6-inch tiles will be signed, glazed and installed at The Orchard Town Center for posterity.
"We are extremely pleased to offer a program that will give residents a special connection to The Orchard Town Center while also giving back to the community," said Nancy Rezac, general manager, The Orchard Town Center. "The Westminster Legacy Foundation and the Rotary Club of Westminster, 710 Club, will use the proceeds to make improvements in select philanthropic programs taking place within the community. This is an excellent chance for residents to get a preview of the property before the official Grand Opening on Thursday, April 3."
