FAMILY FUN CELEBRATION WITH CLOWNS AND CRAFTS BEGINS AT 11 a.m., AUGUST 16

Westminster, Colo. – July 15, 2008 – Here´s a juicy thought!  Come to The Orchard Town Center to see the seeds of tomorrow´s shoppers planted at the Town Center of today.  Hundreds of children and their families will see their handprints sprouting in the Center´s Town Square and their pets’ paw prints emblazoned on eight-foot apple slices for eternity, the result of a fundraiser that benefited Westminster Legacy Foundation and Rotary Club of Westminster, 710 Club. The hand and paw prints will be unveiled at a family fun celebration with something for everyone at the center, including clowns, face painters, stilt walkers, crafts and more. The celebration will be held on August 16, 2008 at 11 a.m. in the Town Center.

“Thanks to the generosity of the community, we raised over $21,246 through the Prints of Pride campaign, ” said Nancy Rezac, general manager, The Orchard Town Center.  “We hope that the community will come out on August 16 to celebrate with us and enjoy the activities and summertime fun we have planned.”
